The easy set-up wizard included with BoldCall Express removes complexity from adding click-to-call on your website, but should you want to make more advanced choices, you can do so easily. The Advanced Settings page of your online account enables you to:- Use your own images for Available and Unavailable Call Buttons
- Use a hosted logo image for your call window
- Change the call window header color, the content color, and the text color
- User your own image for the proactive invitation
- User your own sound for the proactive invitation
Multiple Leads at Once
BoldCall Express enables multiple simultaneous calls and this setting can be changed in the Advanced area. When it's toggled on, multiple website visitors can click your call button, enter their phone numbers and try to call you at the same time. If you work in an office where one person answers the phone and distributes the calls, this is a great option to enable.Availability and Country Blocking
You control the ability to block or allow incoming calls from certain countries.
